(A) A licensee for distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to sell or dispense distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday through Saturday and on Sunday between the hours of 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 12:00 a.m. (midnight); provided that, the appropriate licenses have been obtained from both the city’s and the state’s ABC Board.
(B) A licensee may sell or dispense distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages on New Year’s Eve until 1:00 a.m. on January 1, regardless of the day of the week on which New Year’s Eve occurs; provided that, the appropriate licenses have been obtained from both the city’s and the state’s ABC Board.
(C) No deliveries of alcoholic beverages in the city shall be made before 6:00 a.m. or after 12:00 p.m. (midnight), Monday through Saturday.
