§ 92.20 PROCEDURES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The procedures attached to the ordinance codified herein and on file in the office of the City Clerk- Treasurer shall be the grievance procedures for anyone who believes he or she has been discriminated against by the city based on handicapped status with respect to federally-funded programs.
