(A) Rates inside city limits. The rates and charges for sewer services furnished by the city’s Water Works are hereby revised as follows.
(1) Minimum sewer rate. The monthly sewer rate shall be based upon the gallons of water used each month. There is a minimum usage charge of 3,000 gallons of water per month for all years set forth herein.
(2) Meter rates for sewer usage. Effective date of this division (A)(2): the following metered charges shall apply for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.
