§ 51.39 WASTE WATER CLEANOUT.
   (A)   No fee shall be assessed for one cleanout for a customer desiring a waste water service line cleanout each rolling 12-month period. The service must occur between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on a regular city work day. Customer must have at least one outside cleanout tap located no more than 75 feet from a sewer main. Any additional cleanout per rolling 12-month period shall incur a fee of $75. The customer or customer’s representative must be present at the property during any cleanout service.
   (B)   A minimum fee of $150, with an additional charge of $50 per hour for each hour over two hours, shall be assessed to a customer desiring a waste water service line cleanout after 4:00 p.m. on a regular city work day or on a nonscheduled city work day. These fees shall not apply if the manager determines during the course of the cleanout that the stoppage is on the city waste water main.
   (C)   If, during the course of a waste water service line cleanout, the city determines that the customer’s service line is defective, the city shall not provide any additional cleanouts until the defective line is repaired, at the customer’s expense.
