(A) When water service to a property has been disconnected for nonpayment of a delinquent bill, reconnection will not be made until the customer pays in full all past due amounts and applicable fees by cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted.
(B) A reconnection fee of $50 shall be assessed for reconnections made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on a regular city work day, and a reconnection fee of $100 shall be assessed for reconnections made after 4:00 p.m. on a regular city work day or on a nonscheduled city work day.
