(A) Late payments. All bills not paid on or before 4:30 p.m. on the 10th day of each month shall be deemed delinquent and shall be assessed a late fee of $10.
(B) Credit cards. All bills paid by credit card shall be assessed an additional fee of 2.75% of the total bill.
(C) ACH banking. All customers paying bills by ACH shall be assessed a fee of $1 per month. If ACH is denied, the customer shall be assessed a fee of $30.
