§ 51.22 RESTRICTIONS ON AMENDMENTS TO THIS CHAPTER.
   This chapter may be amended, provided such amendment does not conflict with any previous financial obligations required by any water and sewer bond agreement with the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture or any other federal, state or private water and sewer financing agency.
