§ 51.08 SEWER CONNECTIONS; REGULATIONS.
   All sewer connections shall be made under such regulations as the city may establish. Failure to effect such connection is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance. The provisions contained in Chapter 52 of this title, or successor ordinances, shall apply.
