§ 50.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   The City Council is further empowered to enforce this subchapter in law or in equity when the provisions hereof are not promptly complied with by any individual, residence owner, business establishment or other persons specified herein or by any individual entity provided for in this subchapter within the city limits in accordance with the terms of this subchapter.
