§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any creditor that fails to register vacant residential property within the city, per §§ 35.01 through 35.05 of this chapter, shall be subject to a civil fine of $100 payable to the city for each day of delinquency.
