§ 31.66 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   The Commission shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary-Treasurer and such other officers as it deems necessary. The Chairperson shall appoint such committees as the Commission may deem necessary in order to carry out its functions.
