§ 31.16 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   There is hereby created within the City of Hodgenville a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of five members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one year prior to their appointment and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
