(A) The Chief of Police and other police officers, as members of said Police Department, shall be paid a salary which shall be set from time to time by the City Council as conditions warrant, and said salary shall be in lieu of any fees that any member of the Police Department may become entitled to by law.
(B) Any fees that any member of the Police Department may become entitled to by law shall instead be paid into the City Treasury.
