(A) Date of regular meetings. Beginning in November of 2019, the regular monthly meeting date of the City Council shall be the second Monday of each successive month. In the event that the second Monday falls on a legal holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the following business day at the regular meeting time.
(B) Time of regular meetings. Regular meeting of the City Council shall commence at 6:00 p.m. local prevailing time, unless and until such time as the Council designates an alternate meeting time for such regular meetings upon proper motion and vote. Each regular meeting will continue from its commencement until such time as all tendered business is completed and the meeting is adjourned by proper motion and vote.
(C) Place of regular meetings. All regular meetings of the City Council shall be commenced, held, and conducted at the City Hall building of the City of Hodgenville unless and until such time as the Council designates an alternate location for such regular meeting upon proper motion and vote.
