§ 30.01 NON-PARTISAN PRIMARY ELECTIONS.
   (A)   The non-partisan primary election is foregone, regardless of the number of candidates running for city office, and all candidates should file their nomination papers with the County Clerk in accordance with the statute governing regular elections.
   (B)   This section shall be construed according to KRS 83A.045(2)(b).
