§ 155.999 PENALTY.

A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
