§ 32.114 PROVISIONS SUPPLEMENTAL TO OTHER ORDINANCES.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed to repeal, replace, or limit any other ordinance of this city or limit the authority and power vested in the City Council and the Mayor. It is the intent of the City Council that this article supplement the other ordinances of the city.
