§ 32.112 FAILURE TO DISPERSE FROM SCENE OF RIOT OR UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY DURING EMERGENCY.
   During the existence of an emergency proclaimed in accord with this subchapter, every person remaining present at the place of any riot or unlawful assembly, after having been ordered to disperse by the police or any other lawful authority, except those public officers and persons assisting them in attempting to disperse the same, is deemed guilty of a violation of this subchapter.
