§ 32.111 TERMINATION OR EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION.
   Any emergency proclaimed in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter shall terminate after 48 hours from the issuance of the proclamation, or upon the issuance of a proclamation determining an emergency no longer exists, whichever occurs first. However, such emergency may be terminated by the City Council prior to the termination of 48 hours or may be extended for such additional periods of time as deemed necessary by the City Council.
