All orders issued pursuant to the authority contained in § 32.109 regulating or prohibiting the conduct of business are delivered to the Police Department, which shall forthwith inform the operator or person in charge of the business affected, advising him or her that failure to comply with the order constitutes a violation of this subchapter, for which he or she may be arrested.
