§ 155.061 NONCONFORMING LOTS OF RECORD.
   In any district in which a lot exists of record at the effective date of adoption or amendment of this chapter which does not conform in size or area to the provisions of this chapter, buildings for the uses permitted in such district may be erected on such lot, notwithstanding limitations imposed by other provisions of this chapter, provided that such lot is in separate ownership and not of continuous frontage with other lots in the same ownership.
