For the purpose of this chapter and the promotion of public health, safety, and general welfare of the community, the following districts are hereby established for the city:
(A) A-G General Agricultural District;
(B) R-S Single-Family District;
(C) R-G General Residential District;
(D) R-GM General Residential District Allowing Manufactured and Mobile Homes;
(E) C-C Convenience Commercial District;
(F) C-A/R Automotive Commercial and Commercial Recreation District;
(G) C-G General Commercial District;
(H) I-L Light Industrial District; and
(I) I-H Heavy Industrial District.
