§ 155.004 JURISDICTION.
   This chapter shall be in full force and effect in the corporate limits of the city. Territory annexed to the corporate limits of the city subsequent to the effective date of this chapter shall immediately be subject to the provisions of this chapter and shall be deemed to be designated as R-S Single-Family Residence.
