§ 32.060 CREATION; APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   A reserve police force is hereby created for the city.
   (B)   The rules to be prescribed for the appointment of a reserve officer are as follows:
      (1)   Reserve officers are appointed by the Chief of Police under the provisions of 11 O.S. § 34-101; and
      (2)   Reserve officers serve at the pleasure of the Chief of Police.
