§ 135.25 TITLE AND AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter shall be known as the Hobart Prevention of Youth Access to Tobacco Ordinance. This subchapter is enacted pursuant to the municipal powers granted by the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma and 11 O.S. § 14-101.
