It is unlawful for the proprietor, licensee, or any person in charge of a family amusement center, or for any servant or employee of such proprietor, licensee, or any other person in charge of such recreation center, or any public patron, to play, for money or any other representative thing of value, upon the recreational games or to play any game of chance for money or thing of value in such family amusement center.
