§ 112.07 ISSUANCE OR DENIAL.
If the Chief of Police and the Building Official concur in recommending issuance of a license applied for under this chapter, the City Clerk shall issue the same. The applicant, within five days after such notice, may request a hearing by the City Council, which shall afford the same with due opportunity to the applicant to show compliance with the conditions for a license. The Council shall determine the matter upon the proof at the hearing and shall order that the license be issued or denied. The Council’s decision shall be final, subject to judicial review as provided in the statutes of the state.
