§ 95.28 ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Board of Directors shall make, on or before July 31 in each year, an annual report to the Mayor and Council, stating the condition of its trust on June 30 of the year; the various sums of money received from the Library Fund and other sources and the amount of money expended and for what purposes; the number of books and periodicals on hand and the number added by purchase, gift, or otherwise during the year; the number lost or missing; the number of persons attending the library; the number of books loaned out; the general character and kind of such books; and such other statistics, information, and suggestions as the Board may deem of general interest.
