§ 95.03 DAMAGING, DEFACING, OR FAILING TO RETURN BOOKS OR OTHER PROPERTY.

Any person who shall destroy or deface any book, periodical, or other property of the library, or who shall fail to return any such book, periodical, or other property at such time as the same is due to be returned, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
