§ 94.16 PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   Destruction of property. No person shall disturb, destroy, remove, deface, or injure any property at Hunter Lake or Hobart Lake including, but not limited to, such property as buildings, structures, or signs.
   (B)   Deface property. No person shall cut, carve, paint, mark, paste, or attach on any tree, fence, wall, building, monument, or other property at Hunter Lake or Hobart Lake any sale bill, advertisement, or inscription.
   (C)   Cutting foliage. No person shall willfully or negligently pick, dig up, cut, mutilate, destroy, injure, disturb, move, molest, burn, or carry away any tree or plant or portion thereof including, but not limited to, flowers, foliage, berries, nuts, fruit, grass, turf, humus, shrubs, vines, cones, and deadwood except with written approval from the City Manager or his or her designee.
   (D)   Disturbing earth. No person shall destroy, disturb, deface, mutilate, or remove earth, sand, gravel, oil, minerals, rocks, or features except when expressly authorized by due process established by state law and city ordinances.
   (E)   Archeological finds. No person shall remove, injure, disfigure, deface, or destroy any object of paleontological, archaeological, or historic interest or value.
   (F)   Cutting trees. Cutting or gathering of trees or parts of trees and/or the removal of wood from Hunter Lake or Hobart Lake is prohibited without written permission of the City Manager or his or her designee.
