(A) During the hours of darkness of every day, no people shall inhabit or be upon the following described real estate in Hobart, Kiowa County, Oklahoma:
Biggers Park, legally described as Blocks 13, 14, and 15 in Lamb’s Railroad Addition to the City of Hobart, Oklahoma, and that part of platted Garfield Street and Hendricks Street that are contiguous to and between said Blocks 13, 14, and 15 in Lamb’s Railroad Addition to the City of Hobart, Oklahoma.
(B) For purposes of this section,
HOURS OF DARKNESS begin each day with the local hour of sunset and extends to the local hour of sunrise the following day.
(C) (1) Any legitimately organized group may request in writing, addressed to the City Clerk, a waiver of this curfew for purposes of use of the park by the group and invited guests, whereupon the Clerk shall issue a waiver for time and date certain of the curfew without charge.
(2) The Chief of Police will be notified by the Clerk of the time and date of any waivers granted.
