§ 93.057 COUNCIL MAY DESIGNATE OFFICER TO PERFORM DUTIES; APPEALS.

(A) The City Council hereby designates the Code Enforcement Officer to carry out the duties of the City Council in §§ 93.051 through 93.056 of this chapter.

(B) The property owner shall have a right of appeal to the City Council from any order of the Code Enforcement Officer. Such appeal shall be taken by filing written notice of appeal with the City Clerk within ten days after receipt of the order.
