§ 93.032 ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION.
   Administration and supervision of the removal of vehicles or part thereof as provided in this chapter shall be by the Chief of Police of the city except that the removal of the abandoned vehicle or part thereof declared to be a nuisance may be by any other person duly authorized by the Chief of Police.
