(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
(B) Any employee of the City Manager who shall make public any information in violation of § 91.10(A) shall be, upon conviction, fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 30 days.

(C) Whoever violates the provisions of § 91.11(E) shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

(D) Whoever violates § 91.14 shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both; and if bodily injury results, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both; and if death results, shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
