§ 75.01 APPLICATION OF BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street or upon any public way.
   (B)   These provisions shall apply when a bicycle is operated upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this chapter.
