The misdemeanor provisions of the State Motor Vehicle Code, 47 O.S. §§ 1-101 et seq., the Rules of the Road, 47 O.S. §§ 10-101 et seq., and 47 O.S. §§ 1 et seq., on traffic and motor vehicles are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
