§ 34.001 DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED; FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED.

(A) All banks and all savings and loan associations in this city which are incorporated under federal or state law, and other institutions approved by the Mayor and Council, are hereby designated as depositories for the funds of the city.

(B) The City Treasurer shall deposit daily all public funds received by him or her in such banks or savings and loan associations.
