5-2-6: VIOLATIONS:

Any person who violates the provisions of any curfew declared or order made by the village president pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this code and shall be subject to fine or imprisonment, or both, as provided. (Ord. O2005-40, 8-16-2005)
