3-11-3: PERMIT EXEMPTION FOR MINORS:

Persons under the age of fifteen (15) years engaged in charitable solicitation within the Village shall not be required to obtain a solicitation permit. However, any such person shall comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter. (Ord. O2005-31, 7-19-2005; amd. Ord. O2017-44, 10-3-2017)
