§ 51.057 SURFACE RUNOFF OR GROUND WATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains or other sources of surface runoff or ground water to a building sewer or indirectly to the wastewater disposal system.
