§ 51.035 COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTY’S SUBSURFACE SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS ORDINANCE.
   Where a public sewer is not available under the provisions of § 51.023 of this chapter, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewer complying with the provisions of the county’s Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems Ordinance.
