Building sewer construction shall meet the requirements of the Minnesota State Building Code, including the plumbing code incorporated therein. The applicant for a building sewer permit shall notify the Building Inspector when the building sewer and connection is ready for inspection. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Building Inspector or the Building Inspector’s representative. No backfill shall be placed until the work has been inspected and approved.
