§ 50.46 RATES, FEES AND CHARGES GENERALLY.
   The City Council shall adopt by resolution a schedule of all water rates, fees and charges for permits or service hereinafter referenced in this chapter. The resolution will be published once in the official newspaper of the city. This resolution may be amended from time to time if operating costs indicate a need.
