§ 72.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.

(B) Any person violating § 72.20 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of up to $200.
