(A) Purpose. The purpose of the Planned Unit Development District (PUD) is to provide for the integration and coordination of land parcels as well as the combination of land parcels as well as the combination of varying types of residential, commercial and industrial uses.
(B) Application. All permitted, permitted accessory or conditional uses contained in other zoning districts of this chapter shall be treated as permitted uses to eliminate the overlapping procedural requirements of individual conditional use provisions.
(C) Special procedures. The establishment of a Planned Unit Development District shall be subject to the amendment requirements of § 155.070 of this chapter.
