(A) Zoning map. The zoning map adopted by the city, a copy of which is on file with the city’s Clerk- Administrator, is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The map and all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of the chapter as if the matters and information set forth by such map were all fully described herein.
(B) Zoning districts. The districts hereby established are each separate and distinct with no district determined to be of a higher or a lower class. The established districts are listed as follows:
