(A) In interpreting and analyzing these zoning provisions, they shall be held to be the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience and general welfare.
(B) Whenever the provisions herein require greater standards than are required by any other statute, ordinance or regulations, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute, ordinance or regulations require greater standards than are required by the provisions herein, the provisions of such statute, ordinance or regulation shall govern.
