Any firm, person or corporation who violates any of the provisions of these regulations or who sells, leases or offers for sale or lease any lot, block or tract of land herewith regulated before all the requirement of this chapter have been complied with shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that the violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
