§ 154.30 PRE-APPLICATION MEETING (SKETCH PLAN).
   Prior to the preparation of a proposed subdivision, the subdivider shall review with city staff a sketch plan of the intended layout, a description of the proposed development and such other information as may be requested. At this meeting, city staff shall give advice as to whether or not the intended layout conforms satisfactorily with the requirements of the subdivision regulations and zoning code and shall so advise the subdivider, giving the subdivider whatever suggestions and information may be needed for his or her guidance in the preparation of the subdivision preliminary plat. It shall then be the responsibility of the subdivider to prepare and submit application for preliminary and final plat approval in accordance with this code of ordinances.
