(A) All subdivision developments will comply with the general provisions subchapter of the zoning code.
(B) Specifically, the project developer will be defined according to Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances.
(C) Also, the sale of property by the city for purposes of the proposed subdivision will require notification to all contractors of the project developer’s responsibilities regarding pre-development or mechanics costs.
